YUHANG 60 ton sidewall truck trailer can be used to load 20/40/45ft standard container after adopting container twist locks.
1.Advanced powder spraying and baking paint technology
We have now fully upgraded our powder spraying and painting technology. Before painting, we will perform three rust removal and sandblasting many times on the trailer. Currently, only our company in China uses this technology.
This advantage not only makes the trailer more beautiful, but also increases its service life. After 5-8 years of use, there will definitely be no paint peeling, which can greatly prevent the trailer from rusting.
For reinforced and thickened steel structures
2. Because 90% of our customers come from Africa, our trailers are designed and reinforced based on African road conditions
YUHANG use Q345 high strength steel to produce the trailer.The middle plate of its main beam is 500mm high and 8 mm thick;Upper plate is 14 mm thick and bottom plate is 16 mm thick.The firmness of the main beam can effectively ensure the future service life of the trailer.
And the gooseneck parts,we use double plate to reinforce it.
3. We use a 160mm high side beam to enhance the stability and durability of the trailer. The reinforced side beam will help the main beams share the pressure during trailer transportation of heavy goods, ensuring that our trailers can withstand heavy loads and resist deformation, reducing the risk of accidents during transportation.
4. All crossbeams are supported by inclined support frames, with a distance of only 50cm between the two support frames, ensuring the stability and load-bearing capacity of the trailer. Even in the most adverse road conditions, there will be no problems when using it.
In the part of container locks, we used double support for reinforcement, which improved the carrying capacity and stability of
the trailer.
5. Here is our sidewall. It is 1000 mm height and 2.0 mm thick. The width of the column is 180 mm.There are double sidewall locks on it.We use thickened high-strength steel to make the Sidewall, which brings the advantage that the Sidewall will not bend or deform during long-term transportation of heavy objects
6. YUHANG also uses the enhanced suspension,with thickness 8 mm, and diameter of the kin pin is 70 mm, Heavy mechanical suspension for trailers provides better stability and durability.
7.Our standard flatbeds adopt mechanical suspension with 10 pcs springs, the thickness of every suspension is 13 mm. And air suspension is optional. Our flatbed trailer adopts 13 tons axles, and its braking lining is 16 tons, which reduce the brake distance and improve trailer safety.
