We have successfully delivered two 13-meter flatbed semi-trailers to the Tanzanian market. The client is a local construction materials transport company, with whom we established contact at an industry trade show and finalized the deal after six weeks of negotiations.
The main challenge during project execution was meeting local certification requirements. We promptly modified technical documentation and assisted the client in obtaining TBS certification to ensure compliance with local regulations. For logistics, we utilized direct shipping to Dar es Salaam Port, completing delivery one week ahead of schedule.
The vehicles have been in operation for one month with positive feedback from the client. We maintain weekly follow-up calls to promptly address any operational issues. Although this order was relatively small in volume, it has provided valuable experience for future market development, particularly in understanding local certification processes and transportation channels.
