We have successfully delivered two 16.5-meter detachable gooseneck lowbed semi-trailers to a construction equipment transport company in Dubai. Designed specifically for the Middle East’s harsh working environment, these trailers feature a reinforced chassis structure and sand-proof cooling systems, making them ideal for high-temperature desert operations. After obtaining UAE ESMA certification, the units were shipped to Dubai and delivered to the customer after on-site commissioning.
In practical use, the trailers have been primarily employed for transporting heavy construction machinery and building modules. The detachable gooseneck design significantly improves maneuverability in tight construction sites. The customer particularly praised the trailers’ outstanding stability and reliability on highways and desert construction routes between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, confirming their full compliance with heavy equipment transport requirements. We have already received inquiries from several local construction contractors interested in similar solutions.
This project has provided us with valuable insights into the specific demands of the Middle East’s construction transport market. The experience will guide our future development of heavy-duty transport equipment tailored for desert conditions. To better serve our Middle Eastern clients, we plan to establish a local service center in Dubai, offering enhanced technical support and after-sales services. These efforts will further strengthen our position in this growing market.
